Some collectibles are announced months before they're available, and preordering gives you the opportunity to secure yours ahead of release.

Products marked Preorder are not currently in stock. The estimated release date is displayed on each product page, so you can see when we're expecting your item.

Release Dates & Updates

Release dates come from our manufacturers and distributors and can sometimes move forwards or backwards.

We update estimates as new information becomes available. If a date has already passed, we're normally waiting for further confirmation from our supplier.

We understand that waiting for a favourite collectible can be frustrating, so you're always welcome to contact us for an update.

Ordering Preorders with In-Stock Items

You're welcome to order several items together. Just bear in mind that we'll dispatch the order once everything is available.

If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, separate orders are the best option. This avoids holding up anything that's ready to go.

Changing or Cancelling Your Preorder

Plans change, and we understand that.

If you'd like to cancel or amend a preorder before dispatch, just get in touch and we'll explain the available options.

Where a deposit has been paid, any refund or cancellation charge will be considered in line with your statutory rights and applicable fair cancellation terms, taking account of the circumstances and any genuine losses.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Collect Now, Pay Your Way

Whether you're picking up something in stock or reserving a future release, we offer a range of payment options to make collecting a little easier.

Pay in Full

Prefer to settle everything straight away? Choose Pay in Full and pay for your item at checkout.

For preorders, we'll arrange dispatch once your collectible arrives and is ready to send.

Reserve with a 10% Deposit

Found a preorder you don't want to miss?

With Downpay, you can reserve your item by paying just 10% upfront. We'll send you an invoice for the remaining product balance before dispatch.

There's no need to pay the full amount when placing the preorder.

Spread the Cost with Partial.ly

Prefer regular monthly payments?

Partial.ly lets you choose a payment plan, with payments collected automatically according to the schedule agreed when you sign up.

Your order will be dispatched once your collectible is available and the balance has been paid.

Other Payment Methods

We also accept a range of payment methods, including major debit and credit cards and supported digital wallets.

Depending on your location, order and eligibility, additional options such as PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay Instalments may be available at checkout. Provider terms and eligibility requirements apply.

From Our Planet to Your Collection

We know how exciting it is when a new collectible is on its way. We take care when preparing your order and aim to get it safely into your hands as quickly as possible.

In-Stock Orders

Items marked In Stock are ready to dispatch from our UK warehouse.

We normally aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Preorders

Preorder items are dispatched after stock arrives from the manufacturer or distributor and any outstanding balance has been paid.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we'll send everything together once all items are available.

Delivery Services & Costs

UK shipping starts from £3.59 for eligible parcels, with the final cost depending on your location, order size and selected delivery service.

We use tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Most UK deliveries arrive within approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the service selected.

International Orders

We also ship to selected destinations outside the UK.

International delivery costs and times vary by destination. Import duties, customs charges or local taxes may apply.

Carefully Packed Collectibles

We understand that collectors care about the condition of their figures and packaging. We take care when packing orders to help protect your purchases during transit.

Although we can't promise absolutely flawless manufacturer packaging, we always aim for your collectibles to arrive in excellent condition.
