Planet Action Figures – Returns & Refund Policy
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Planet Action Figures. Planet Action Figures offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Refund Timescale

Standard Returns: All refunds, regardless of payment method, will take 3-5 working days from requesting one or upon receiving your returned items if a refund is granted.

EU Right of Withdrawal: For customers located in the European Union exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods (or receiving proof that the goods have been sent back).
Standard Returns & Refund Policy
Our standard returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is very important to check your item the moment you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Processing Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@planetactionfigures.co.uk.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aaron@planetactionfigures.co.uk.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email info@planetactionfigures.co.uk. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Dedicated Section for European Union (EU) Customers
If you are purchasing from within the European Union, the following terms apply to your order in accordance with EU consumer protection guidelines:
1. Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in their order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.
Please note, this 14-day window is the timeframe allowed to notify us of your intent to return the item (by emailing info@planetactionfigures.co.uk). Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to physically send the goods back to our warehouse.
2. Preorders & Loss of Earnings Fee
When a preorder is placed, allocations are locked with our distributors and cannot be cancelled. If an EU customer requests a cancellation of a preorder prior to dispatch, a 10% Loss of Earnings and Administrative Fee (equivalent to the initial deposit value) will be deducted from the final refund to offset unrecoverable operational allocations and distributor commitments.
3. EU Refund Timeline
Refunds for valid EU statutory withdrawals will be processed within 14 days of Planet Action Figures receiving the returned goods back, or upon receiving verifiable proof that the goods have been shipped back. Your refund will include the standard initial delivery costs, minus any applicable 10% administrative or loss of earnings deductions.
