Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment dependant on your instruction which will be a 10% Non Refundable Depsot or Full Payment at checkout. 

If you use the deposit method we will charge 10% upon checkout and the 90% remaining amount when we fulfil your order. 

If you pay in full we will fulfil your order once the item arrives. 

You have the right to cancel a preorder at anytime before shipment however 10% of the total item price will not be returned regardless of which method you chose at checkout. This is to cover any financial loss of securing the item on your behalf. Please note that the 10% Deposits are strictly son refundable and non transferable.
