Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions are related to Planet Action Figures or PAF for abbreviation purposes and apply to the use of www.planetactionfigures.co.uk and all related links.

 

By placing any type of order with Planet Action Figures you agree to the below Terms & Conditions as well as any sub pages relating to our terms and conditions. 

Shipping policy

  1. Any items that do not arrive within the shipping times quoted to the specified address at checkout will not be investigated until 21 working days have passed counting from the expected delivery date. This allows reasonable time for the item to arrive due to logistical issues/delays. Items will not be considered lost until 21 working days have passed. Working days are counted as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and does NOT include weekends. 

  2. It is the customers responsibility to make sure their shipping address is always up to date. Any items shipped to a wrong or outdated address due to the address not being up to date will not be compensated. To make address changes please contact us at Info@planetactionfigures.co.uk

  3. Items that arrive damaged or faulty must be reported within 14 calendar days of receiving them. If reported after 14 days have passed, a repair, replacement or refund will not be considered.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU OPEN AND FULLY INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE RETURN RIGHTS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION. NO REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED OUTSIDE THE 14 DAY PERIOD. 

  4. Once reported the item must be returned to PAF within 14 calendar days with any associated packaging. If the item is not returned within this time frame a repair, replacement or refund will not be considered and the return request will be cancelled. 

  5. Items are not guaranteed to arrive in mint condition, mint in box/mint on card. We will not replace an item based on box condition if minor damage has happened. Excessive damage will be considered once photos are seen and an investigation has taken place with the courier used. Investigations can take up to 21 days as per the couriers and our terms. Returns on damaged boxes are at buyers cost. 

  6. Shipping times and dates are not guaranteed on any shipping services used apart from Royal Mail's Guaranteed next day service. Compensation or Postage Costs for items delivered late will not be entertained.  

  7. If an item is sent using a signed for service and is left at the destination without obtaining a signature and ends up missing, an investigation with the shipping service will be opened and a conclusion reached within 21 days. Refunds or Replacements will not be considered until at least 21 days have passed. 

 

Returns & damaged/Faulty Items

  1. If you change your mind on any purchase, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund the item/s must be unopened and in the original packaging and be re-sellable.  

  2. The item/s must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us that you would like to return the item/s.

  3. Unwanted items cannot be returned after the 14 day period from receiving your item/s. 

  4. Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the buyer.

  5. ITEMS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED OR FAULTY MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM. IF REPORTED AFTER 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED, A REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU OPEN AND FULLY INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE RETURN RIGHTS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION. NO REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED OUTSIDE THE 14 DAY PERIOD.

  6. Faulty or Damaged items reported within the 14 day period will first try to be replaced. If PAF cannot replace the item/s we will offer a full refund. 

  7. Any item sold on the store that is not listed as a small limited run under 250 pieces is classed as a mass produced item. therefore minor discrepancies and blemishes will not be classed as a fault. 

  8. All items that are returned due to a fault/damage will be checked. Any item that is damaged or faulty caused by opening, by play, by transforming, by attaching accessories or anything do to with non-standard use, miss-use, wear and tear or other issues that may cause problems is not grounds for a return or refund/part refund. 

 

Cancellations, fees and non refundable deposits

When placing a preorder with Planet Action Figures you are agreeing to pay a non refundable deposit which will range from 5% to10% of the total item price excluding shipping. This is to cover loss of earnings which can be but not limited to: Payment Provider Fees, Excess Stock Allocation,Admin Fees and storage costs. The following breakdowns will apply to all preorders.
 
Preorder where the customer has paid in full via PayPal, Debit/Credit Card. 
Deposit will be non refundable and kept by Planet Action Figures.

Balance will be refunded.

Unpaid Preorders
If you preorder an item using PayPal or Debit/Credit card you will be sent an invoice to pay the remaining balance once the item arrives to us. You will have 15 days from the date that you receive the invoice to settle the full amount on the invoice. If the amount is not received in full within 15 days the order will be cancelled and the Non refundable deposit will be kept by Planet Action Figures. 



In-stock Order Cancellation Fees
 If you have placed an order for an in-stock item and wish to cancel it, then you must email us at info@planetactionfigures.co.uk immediately. In-stock items usually ship out within 48 hours of placing your order, therefore your item may already be on its way to you.

If you do not contact us in time and your order ships, then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees or package return fees.
 

Cancellation on Preorder items due to missed shipping dates. 
All dates are estimated shipping dates which are supplied by our distributors and manufacturers directly. There will be times when these dates are extended. If the item preordered passes 6 months past the expected shipping date we will honour a 100% refund.
