What are rewards points?

Reward points are our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. Every time you place an order with us you will earn reward points. These can be redeemed for a Money Off Voucher for you to use on your next purchase.

How do I check my reward points?

To check your balance you must first be logged in to your Planet Action Figures account. Once logged in you can either click the Rewards Link at the top of our page to the right or you can click the rewards tab in the bottom left of your screen.

How do I use my reward points?

Please see above on how to check your reward points. Once you are on your reward points dashboard you may click the "Redeem Points" button. Here you will see which value amount vouchers you can redeem. Simply redeem the voucher of your choice and you will receive a code. This code can be applied in the checkout section of the website. As stated below vouchers do not work with Partial Ly which is the system that handles Payment Plans and Preorders with a deposit. Reward points can only be used when using the Pay Now button. 

Can I use more than one reward voucher on one order?

No, due to system limitations you may only use one code per order. Because of this, our advice is to save up as many points as you can and redeem a larger voucher amount.

Can I use reward points on a Payment Plan?

No, again due to system limitations the app we use (Partial Ly) for payment plans will not integrate with our rewards programme

When will i receive my reward points?

Reward points will be credited to your account around 14 days after receiving your item.
